Quotations given for web design/SEO are deemed valid for a period of 30 days from the date of submission. A non-refundable 50% deposit will become due on your acceptance of quotation and shall be paid before any work commences. The remaining 50% will become due on completion of your web site. After 45 days have passed any non payment will terminate our contract with you and will remove your web site from service.
The initial quote/proposal is based on the initial information you supply us. If the project is completed with no changes to the initial brief, then you are only liable to pay the initial quoted price. If, however, during the project, you, the client, request various changes to the design brief, SprocketLab will reserve the right to charge additional fees for this extra work. We will inform you of any estimated additional costs involved in any changes you request.
Prior to search engine promotion work being undertaken by Hashim, need assurances from the client that:
Hashim aim to achieve, wherever possible, a Top 10 ranking on Google for all mutually agreed key phrases. We would expect to achieve the desired position for your chosen search term within 3-6 months of the optimised pages going live. New sites can take up to 12 months before results become apparent. The work we carry out will benefit positions on search engines other than Google, such as Yahoo and MSN.
Due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, ongoing changes in search engine ranking algorithms and other competitive factors, it is not possible to give a 100% guarantee for any specific result on any search engine, nor can we quantify the level of increased traffic or return on investment, as a result of the SEO campaign.
Both on-page and off-page SEO techniques will require FTP access to the website. Prior to embarking on the SEO campaign, it must be agreed that Hashim is granted access the site to implement changes, alternatively agreeable with the client that they will take responsibility for making the required changes/updates on request and within a reasonable timescale.
As search engines change their ranking algorithms on a regular basis, no guarantee can be given as to how long a site will retain its ranking unless a maintenance contract is set up with Hashim. Additionally, new sites and potentially competitor web sites are being optimised and submitted every day. The best way to ensure that you maintain your rankings, once achieved, is to arrange a maintenance contract with Hashim.
Hashim has the absolute right to withdraw it's services and cancel any contracts with the client at any given time. Hashim shall issue notice of such action in writing.
